Mr. Scott Wallace, Principal

After 12 years teaching in the classroom, Mr. Wallace joined CCCS as principal in 2020. He holds a Masters degree from Indiana University and his educational work has been published and presented both nationally and internationally. Scott and his wife Sophie are active members of City Church For All Nations. Their daughter, Olive and son, Amos both attend CCCS. Scott loves to read and travel when he can fit it in his schedule. He loves almost all food except for watermelon!

Mrs. Susan petty, Director of Curriculum, instruction and student services

Mrs. Petty joined CCCS during the 24/25 school year as the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Student Services. Mrs. Petty holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree from Ball State University. She completed the Educational Leadership program at Indiana University. Mrs. Petty is entering her 25th year as an educator. She was a classroom teacher for the first twelve years of her career. The past twelve years she has served as a school administrator in the role of assistant principal and principal. Originally from northern Indiana, Mrs. Petty moved to Bloomington after completing graduate work at IU and enjoying all that this area of the state offers. Susan and her husband Jason have one daughter, Olivia, who is in Kindergarten at CCCS. The Petty family is active at Westside Community Church. Susan enjoys reading, crafting, and being with family. She loves serving God through serving others in our CCCS community. -
Mrs. Sarah Peden, Director of Mission advancement

Mrs. Peden was born and raised in Bloomington, IN and is a graduate of Indiana University. Before joining CCCS during the 2020-2021 school year, she worked to bridge the gap between vision, strategy, alignment and execution with local and national nonprofit organizations. In her free time, she loves trail running, spending quality time with her husband Philip and two children, and resting in the goodness of Psalm 103.
